Premium grade pigment, suitable for nail artists / technicians. 

A pure white matte pigment. She can be mixed with any colour to make a lighter version. She can also be applied into tacky layers to create a stunning, effortless baby boomer (aka French ombré).

TIP: Apply over Magpie Velvet Top for her perfect smooth application.
